The Female Experience of Daoist Practice

Service Description

In this class exclusive to female practitioners, Lindsey will be discussing the unique experience of being a woman within the worlds of Daoism and martial arts. Topics will center around self-worth, self-reliance, and positive boundaries but will shift as conversation and direction moves. The structure of this talk will be discussion and dialogue-based, participants are encouraged to ask questions. *Includes post-lecture link to video/audio of the class for international participants unable to attend because of time difference.
